Texas A&M University’s New Student & Family Programs is seeking a Student Development Specialist II (Assistant Coordinator of Family Programs) to join our team!

This position plays a key role in supporting parent and family engagement initiatives from orientation through graduation, advising and supervising student leaders, and contributing to the planning and execution of large-scale, university-wide programs such as New Student Conferences, Family Weekend, and Howdy Week. The role also supports communication efforts for families and collaborates closely with campus partners to enhance the transition, retention, and overall success of undergraduate students.

This position is well-suited for a professional who is completing a master’s degree or is in the early stages of their higher education career and is interested in student affairs, family engagement, and program coordination within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
